I have just got to say that this is, by far, my most favourite show of the year so far. Not only was the weather just perfect, the venue stunning and the competitors brilliant but I met some really nice people who became customers for the first time. To top it off, I had the largest amount of web sales ever waiting for me by the time we had packed up and returned home.
A big thank you to Rhianna for doing all the showing, Charley for covering the dressage (a first for her) and Cathy for taking over the jumping when I had to print orders.  I have put most of them on our Facebook page as a big thank you for supporting us... 

After losing my internet connection at Barville and again when I got back to the office I realised my ftp settings had somehow got corrupted. Anyway, all images have now been finally uploaded. Ring 1 was kindly covered by Charley for me while I concentrated on the showing and between us we managed to clock up nearly 2000 images so I think we got most of you at some point... 

Even though it was a Saturday, it didn't stop Colette's first summer show of the season from being busy. The promise of heavy rain didn't materialise either with only the lightest of showers lasting just a few minutes. With David's help we took nearly two thousand pictures which is why it took so long to upload. However, as promised, they are all up and ready for viewing. So, grab a coffee and choose some prints...

My first time printing on site for nearly two years and although personally I think it went rather well, I would appreciate any comments on my new viewing & ordering system. It seemed weird not actually taking any photos this time but everything worked as expected with the exception of a stray setting on the website gallery - which I managed to track down shortly after getting home. Everything should now be working as it should (please let me know if it isn't) and I will post up the purchased images on my Facebook page tomorrow. Meanwhile, I'll leave you to view the 2800+ images...

A very pleasant day which saw a full car park very early on. I tried my best to cover the showing a bit more than usual but the show jumping was just too busy. Hopefully, this will be the last event I will be covering on my own as I recruit more photographers for the much bigger shows Colette will be organising this year...

Our first visit to Willow Farm this year and the weather was on our side for a change. A slow(ish) start soon turned into a very busy day with lots of competitors entering the later classes. Well done to Alex & Cathy who managed to hang on to their winning streak in the pairs and a big thank you to those who gave positive comments on the trial of my new viewing system. Hopefully, I can roll out the finished version by the next show....

Another visit to Blue Barn and not only chilly but wet & muddy one. I concentrated on the jumping again with a couple of brief visits to the dressage arena between classes. The last of the discount code vouchers were given out today (valid to the end of the week) so, as they say, use them or lose them...

First day out for the new year and a fairly chilly one. As usual, I concentrated on the jumping indoors but managed to get a few in the dressage (sorry if you were not one of them) between the gaps. Don't forget the discount code that was given out today. It can only be used once per account so make your choice wisely...

Hi. Well, I've finally got around to upgrading my website in time for the first event of the year. There is still a lot to do but the bare essentials are all up and running. This new version combines my blog and event galleries into one place which should make it easier and faster to keep up to date. I am pleased to let you know that it is now fully mobile phone friendly so there will be no more problems ordering on-the-go.
